Live the magic and charm of Rapa Nui (Easter Island) with this exceptional Pisco, made with carefully selected Muscat grapes ripened in the unique microclimate of Elqui Valley. Once the grapes have been made into wine and this has been distilled, this Pisco is aged fro 18 months in American oak barrels. IT is light amber in colour, alost transparent. On the nose, it at first seems a little austere with notes of toasted orange peel, but then the bouquet opens up to reveal hints of incense. In the mouth it is rough and simple, with a long finish, a pronounced sensation of alcohol and subtle notes of caramel.
